You will visit the best places in the region: the picturesque hills of Tuscany, the exclusive seaside resort, Florence and the wonderful Florentine museums, markets, restaurants and stores. The tour begins with a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. Passing through olive groves and vineyards, you will visit some of our favorite Tuscan hill towns such as Siena, San Gimignano, Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano.

The tour then continues to Florence for three nights in a luxury hotel in the city. With your personal guide, you will see Florence, the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance according to your interests: you may want to take a trip to world-famous museums such as the Uffizi and the Accademia, visit the antique and artisan areas, sample Tuscan cuisine in local food stores and stroll through the central market or relax in the beautiful Boboli Gardens. At leisure, enjoy a leisurely lunch and a stroll along the River Arno and stores for Florentine gold jewelry, handmade paper, leather goods, antiques and household items. This tour can be further complemented by trips to Pisa, Lucca, and other unforgettable places in Italy.

Day 1

Arrival in Rome, transfer to Tuscany. Arrival in Argentario, Porto Ercole.

Away from the traditional tourist routes and overcrowded resort areas, in the southern part of the Tuscan coast, washed on all sides by the clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea, the peninsula with the romantic name of Monte Argentario. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2

Breakfast and rest at the hotel. Walk around Porto Ercole. We will visit the highest point of the peninsula, Punta Telegrafo. The medieval fortress on the mountain of Punta Tegrafo houses a monastery with a restaurant serving homemade Tuscan food. The summit of Punta Tegrafo offers a breathtaking view of the Tuscan archipelago and the island of Corsica.

Day 3

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Florence. On the way we will visit Montalcino, rich in history and fascinating UNESCO archaeological finds, as well as famous for its wine tradition, more specifically the production of red wine Brunello di Montalcino, where we will taste the best wines.

In the afternoon we leave for one of the finest wineries. Here we visit the estate museum and taste Brunello and other types of wine. We will taste local home-style food in the estate tavern.  Arrival in Florence. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4

Breakfast in the hotel. Individual guided tour of Florence's historic centre during which you will see Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and Santa Maria del Fiore, Santa Croce Cathedral - the tomb of the famous Florentines, Michelangelo and Machiavelli. Walk around the city and leisure time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5

Breakfast in the hotel. Visit the Uffizzi Gallery, a palace from 1560-1581 and now one of the largest and most important museums of European fine art. A walk around the city and free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6

In the morning, after breakfast, we leave for Rome, on the way we In the morning, after breakfast, we leave for Rome and on the way we take a walk around Siena, a World Heritage Site.  Lunch in Siena. In the afternoon we visit one of the finest wineries in the world, Bunello. Here we will take a tour of the cellars, learn about the history of the estate and taste some Brunello and other wines. We will also taste the local home-style food. Arrival in Rome. Hotel accommodation.

Day 7

Breakfast in the hotel. Walking sightseeing excursion in Rome: You will immerse yourself in Rome's incredibly rich history, culture, and way of life. Highlights of the excursion include the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and the Capitoline Hill. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 8

Breakfast, check-out from the hotel. Transfer to the airport.
